Mu husband and I spent several days here in June. We chose La Margarita because it was far enough removed from BA so that it is not a touristy estancia, which we didn't want. It is quite authentic and much of the food we ate is from right there on the ranch, including the vegetables. Although it was cold and rainy, we managed to get in some good rides on the pampas. We knew when we came in in the afternoon Raquel would have a roaring fire and tea set out for us. David, Susanna, Raquel & Lalo made our brief stay a real joy - the highlight was getting my husband on a horse for the first time. David then sent us a very nice photo album with the pictures he took. Dreaming of returning during warmer weather. Raquel's food was fabulous!
