The Crowne Plaza in Toluca is the best hotel I have ever stayed at, the staff is outstanding, very helpful when needed and always asking if you need or want for anything. They have gone above and beyond all my expectations. They make you feel as much at home as a person can while on the road.
Out of the last four months I have stayed in many different rooms and they were all very clean and ready on my arrival. No waiting time at the front desk. Very professional.
The beds could be a little softer for a better nights sleep is the only thing I could ever say bad about the Crowne Plaza.
Location is good for night life and early dinners with customers and friends. We could always count on the people at the hotel to point out the best places to go for good food, fun, relaxation or just about anything we could ask for.
