I tried to make a reservation at this hotel for the month of June. I called the hotel at Kish island and nobody there speaks any English. They could not give me any rates and could not make any reservations - finally after 3 attempts and a 20 minute wait, I was told to call Teheran. I called teheran and was told they did not have any rates in the system for June and that I needed to call back in a few days. I called back after a week and was again told there were no rates for June (this was on May 11) - the person I spoke to barely spoke any English and was very rude. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was kept waiting for 15 minutes and then the line was disconnected. In all it has been a very miserable experience - and perhaps serves as a warning of what awaits if I were to stay at this hotel. Iran clearly does not welcome tourists and it is obvious they are not interested in providing any level of service at all.

Everything there was excellent it have a wonderful view to the Persian Gulf, a big Swimming Pool, a luxury Room with all facilities.

I have stayed in Dariush Grand Hotel in past S year I have travelled to Kish Island, and don't want to try any other places. Great place in Island, direct beach access, have its own swimming pool! Lovely historical design! Nice staff, although management could be better with such investment.
Rooms are clean, recently some renovation seems done. Restaurants are not best so you may want to try outside restaurants.
Have nice VIP airport pick up.
Rooms with sea view are lovely, Garden views are nice enough.

Overall, nice hotel worth money you pay for say 5star hotel, but I would say its good 4star hotel, built to be 5*

the hotel is nice for its bulding and design but it looks very expensive compare to the service that you have in this hotel
i was in this hotel 2 times duirng an offical mission recently .
the staff of front desk are rude and they are angry with you if you ask more than 2 question .
you can not take a photo insid ethe lobby as they think you want to copy the desing !!!! very funny
the quality of room is not five star at all .
you can find better serivce in Kish in other hotels in a logical price not in this expensive price
fianlly this hotel is not five star in the quality and service .
