Just returned from a visit to this fine hotel and would like anybody who is going to stay in this area to consider using this hotel.
It was the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in and the cooked to order breakfast in the morning was worth getting out of bed for, all in all a top class stay

My parents live locally and I used to live in Inverurie also... the Strathburn is a lovely local hotel and the whole extended family stayed here a few yrs ago when it was my dad's 60th.

It is one of the most warm and welcoming hotels you will find with friendly staff and owners. Having lived in the area I can assure you that the restaurant is second to none and 'very' well used by the locals.... its the place everyone goes to for a birthday dinner or celebratory meal.

I cannot receommend this place highly enough.. having also stayed in some of the other places in town it is more than worth the little extra that it costs. And as Aberdeen is only 20 mins drive away... a great place away from the city with all the facilities required locally.

I stayed at this hotel over several weeks and felt completely at home with a warm welcome and attentive service every time. The owners are charming and value their customers and their staff. All the rooms have recently been refurbished and are very clean and comfortable. The food is very good and the diningroom is well-patronised by local people. I honestly don't think anything would be too much trouble for the staff, they treat their customers so well. Looking forward to return visit.
