had few parties here and enjoyed them, food was good, service was good as well, my daughter has stayed here and says the room was lovely and the sunday buffet is great as well. nice open reception upon entering. drinks are very expensive though, but they do do happy hours. comfy bar area.

Some hotels need to look at how these operate as they are 100% the best people I have meet.

Had many problems with this hotel. Me and my husband stayed ovenight the afternoon we got there we had dinner at the victory pub and the staff were terrible a young girl with red short hair was very very rude. Then i left my iphone in our room when we left so i phone that evening and the phone could not be found. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!!

I have stayed at various Village Hotel locations but have to say the Vilage Ashton is my favourite the hotel is modern but very friendly, the reception staff Jackie & Sarah are always very professional.
I recommended the Village Ashton to 2 American colleagues who recently stayed at Village Ashton & they too were full of praise for the standard of the hotel & the friendly attitude of all the staff.
