Best part of this hotel is that it new, cheap, with a high quality. There is a large court yard in the centre of the hotel, in typical Spanish design, trendy and cool.
The room was large and with plenty of light, its close to a main road in to Alcazar de San Juan but i did not think it was noisy.
No free Wi-Fi.
Breakfast is expensive.
I booked this hotel because I was travelling from Milan to Seville, by car. In my opinion this hotel only use is a point of stop over when travelling between two points, there is not much to do near by.
The Spa, was a disappointment, its small, not staffed, the Sauna was broken, there was sign saying that it was broken today, it looked to me that it had been broken for sometime. I had a shower and went in to the Spa, no towels, oh well I thought, someone will come along, no. So I ended up drying myself with toilet roll, no, I'm not joking! So I went to the reception, I asked why there was no towels in the Spa. I was told that, "I have already told you that you have to take a towel from the room!" A bit direct, but I can't remember being told, but never mind. So I went on to say "why isn't here a phone in the Spa?" reply "We aren't allowed to install telephones in the Spa because of the water" rubbish, I have just finished build two hotels in the south of Spain and they have telephones in the bathrooms and in the Spa. She continued to argue so I gave up.
