“Fabulous!!!”

This hotel was wonderful. It is where the Spanish bring their families and as a result makes for a really authentic holiday. Right on the beach separated only by a gorgeous massively long promenade. The pool and grass area are large and lush and we were so happy sunbathing the day away stopping only for a snack or a drink in one of the many bar areas. The restaurant was lovely and offered a great selection including a grill where other meat and fish are cooked freshly. We were all inclusive and even the wine was delicious, which sometimes can be an issue! Being off the foreign tourist trap too meant if you wanted to venture out you could still grab a beer/wine and tapas for 1.80e! The rooms were lovely, huge and comfy beds and thoroughly cleaned every day. ALL the staff were lovely. The entertainment was really cool and did just that, entertained us. Some typical Spanish stuff but also we had a small production of Joseph and each day the little children can rehearse for group parts in the evening shows. EVERTHING was super clean inside and outside the hotel. We were lucky enough to have visited during a local fiesta and had a weekend of music and Spanish friendlyness, have your phrasebook with you and you'll be fine!
I cannot recommend this place enough for couples, families or friends. Super value, super clean, super relaxing, super Spanish, super fun.
The sister hotel opposite, part of the complex is still really nice but is the cheaper one called the Zoraida Park. Even our travel agent didn't know the difference so be aware. As a guest at either you can use the bars and facilities of each hotel but can only eat all inc at your own restaurant. I cannot comment on their food or rooms.

Room Tip: I imagine they are all as lovely as ours was.

“Nice hotel..shame about the bedrooms!”

I went with my children for a weeks holiday. The hotel was nice and the bar staff friendly. I decided to go from the hotel one day and by cigarettes. It was an hour round trip as there were no tobacconists near by. The hotel does not exchange money but there is a machine available to get money, and there is nowhere local to exchange your money either. The pool is great for families with children as it isnt very deep. The down side to the holiday was the beroom. I know you only sleep there but when youve paid £1700 i expected it to be a bit bigger. Four bed's in a row side by side with no walk way between them.

Room Tip: Rooms should be for 2 people only as they are not big enough for 4 beds.

Stayed at this hotel before in 2009 and was great.. went again in 2011 and felt it had changed. we went all inclusive but felt the staff only took notice of you, if you was paying for your drinks and food, if you wasnt paying and was all inclusive they wouldnt ask you what you would like, they just look at you and have no manners towards you! Zorida park much better and nicer even though its cheaper.will not stay at the zorida gardens again.we did complain aswell and they couldnt care less.

The hotel was everything you could ask for- rooms beautiful, hotel gorgeous, food excellent, staff very welcome. Mainly Spanish families which if you wanted to meet with other British people, would be restricted. Right on the beach with great facilities. Devfinately will be going back

“Best all inclusive ever!”

We go on all inclusive holidays every year and our experience at the Zoraida Gardens was by far the best.
We were expecting the usual drinks in plastic glasses, queuing at the bar etc. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Upon checking in we were told our rooms were not quite ready and were advised to get a drink at the bar whilst waiting. Imagine our surprise when we were served our drinks in proper glasses.
Fifteen minutes later and our room was ready. It was great with 2 double beds, spacious bathroom, flat screen TV and balcony overlooking the beach.
I counted 8 bars within the complex and the challenge is to have at least 1 drink in all of them. Drinks can be served to your table if you wish. All inclusive finishes at 12 apart from in the hotel's own disco where you can continue till' 2!
There are 2 large pools and, despite the time of year, always plenty of sunbeds to be had at anytime of day.
Poolside snack bar is fab with a nice atmosphere serving a selection of tasty hamburgers, hotdogs, chips & toasties.
Food in the restaurant was also of a high standard with lots of dishes to choose from.
If you want a drink with your meal, again it is served to the table and if you order a bottle of wine and don’t finish it, it will be kept for your next meal time.
Entertainment is fab with a hard working animation team and visiting live acts (magician, flamenco dancers & live music) as well as plenty of activities during the day.
Beach is practically on the doorstep and lots of fun can be had jumping the waves on windy days.
It is true that the hotel and the resort caters mostly for Spanish holiday makers but this did not bother us at all and we found it a refreshing change. Benidorm it is not!
Couple of handy hints..., if you prefer bottled beer, simply ask for it and..., ask for dishes of nuts/olives at the terrace bars and the staff will happily accommodate. It was the little things like that, which made our holiday.
All in all a fab and very different all inclusive holiday for us and we hope to return soon.
