“Absolutely brilliant as always - 11 times there, going back in June 2012”

11th time in this complex between Zoraida Gdns and Park. Prefer the gardens. Staff briliant (helps to speak a little spanish as resort is mainly Spanish orientated) I practised my Spanish and they loved it. Must admit I was disappointed with the food as I thought it would be better as the Hotel had up-graded to a 4*. I think it is probably still a 3*, but overall very good value for money. If you want a relaxing beach holiday you can't go wrong. Everything within reach. Lots of cafes and bars close by at very reasonable prices, especially the bar opposite the hotel, very friendly, can't do enough for you.Would not reccommend this resort for young people (teenagers) as not much to do, but great for families, couples and the elderly. Also I would not go in August as very crowded (no sunbeds - unless you got up at 6am) also very hot. 38o.I would reccommend mid June or early September, no earlier or later as nothing kicks off before mid June and most things are not available after September.

Overall I would reccommend this Hotel as being the best and after 11 times it must be good. Can't wait to get back in 2012.

Room Tip: ask for a pool room they asls have a see veiw

“Great place”

Travelled to zoraida pak with my husband, this was our 3rd holiday in Almeria,Hotel is very clean, checked in very quickly.
Room was spacious, toiletries and clean towels provided daily including toothbrushes, hairdryer also in bathroom, plenty of sockets in the room, air conditioned and with a ceiling fan to keep the room very cool.
Food was very varied with lots of choices to suit everyones taste including fussy eaters, there is also a seperate grill and pizza bar and a childrens food bar, spanish do not eat hot food so there are microwaves provided if you want hotter food.Reataurant is air conditioned, seating is white leather chairs wich is very contemporary.spotlessly clean.
Pool area is spotless and cleaned daily, sufficient seating area, snack bars and a pizza /a la carte restaurant.life guard there at all times
Garden area is stunning with plenty of sunbeds and parasols available all day. There are Activities going on all day,inc aerobics wich is held in Zoraida Gardens hotel wich is in the same grounds as the Park, mini golf, tennis courts, quizes, water polo etc, entertainment team speak english you just have to let them know wich activity you would like to join in,underneath the hotel is a games room and a full ten pin bowling alley with a bar for parents.
childrens club looked busy and interesting, children looked very happy, good mixture of nationalities and they played well together even though they coulnt really understand each other.
we found the staff at the hotel to be very pleasant,we tried to speak a little spanish with them and in return they helped us and they also tried to speak english wich they did know quite a lot of,we did manage comunication without problems, good fun really.
The overall holiday exceeded our expectations, the resort is not an English resort like benidorm or marbella, but there are english bars to be found if you want them.
In the town centre is a fair ground for children at night wich is very good, lots of shops too for souvenirs.
The beach is spotless and cleaned every morning.
Almeria is well known for growing fruit and salads for export so there are flies, but then theres flies in every hot country,my advice is to take insect repellant with you.
I would recommend this resort to families and couples.
We will be going again to this resort.

Room Tip: sea view rooms overlook pool, other rooms over look shops,

“didn't know all inclusive was so good!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 October 2010

Room big enough, clean enough, towels changed every day even if hung back up nicely. Breakfast excellent, buffet lunch and dinner adequate, inbetween snacks (which we didn't need) looked good - toasties, burgers or hotdogs & chips, obtained from outside snack bars. Kids all seemed to be having a good time on ice cream, crisps & drinks. Staff didn't speak a lot of English but why would they? Spanish resort. They were nevertheless jolly and friendly. Mostly Spanish guests - lot of youngish families - got on "nodding terms" with ones you saw regularly. We stayed away from "English corner" as it was fine by us being surrounded by Spanish families. Good standard of local drinks provided - very nice house wine! Huge grounds with loads of sun beds, didn't have to fight for one unless you wanted poolside. International "show" style entertainment every night at large central outside bar between the two hotels, but each had their own bar and you could use all on your band. Nice front and beach, some council-run jewellery and fancy goods stalls to walk round, several beach side cafes. First all inclusive experience - a good one indeed. Loved it!
