“Dream of a vacation”

I am late writing my review, just finished looking at our photos and remembering what a wonderful time we had. Our first night we were greeted with a welcome cocktail party, and my mouth waters thinking about the lovely appetizers and Le Torri's own wine. A must is the Wednesday night dinner. The table setting was beautiful and the food amazing. Gabriele was kind enough to get his Mom's recipe for the Tuscan soup and the Lasagne for me. A beautiful Villa, with lovely gardens and swimming pool. Our Host was very helpful with suggestions on places to visit and eat and made our stay very enjoyable.

“A return visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 January 2012

We returned to Le Torri as we had such a lovely visit in August 2009. We had hoped to visit with the rest of our family, but an accident intervened, so we were on our own. This however did not matter, we had a lovely time with the people who were visiting. The accommodation was very comfortable & the amenities excellent. From the welcoming buffet, to the incredible Wednesday meal all cooked by Signora Cantini & her lovely family. This visit exceeded our expectations.
We will return, hopefully in 2013, to enjoy another family vacation.

“A Wonderful Week”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 January 2012

Spent one week at Le Torri in July of 2011 as part of a "turning 50" celebration with as part of a group of 14 friends. I can safely say this review reflects the opinions of the entire group. As one friend put it booking our stay at Le Torri was like "hitting it (the ball) out of the park". Our stay at Le Torri exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed meeting Gabriele and his family. Service was friendly and we felt "right at home". Gabriele truely went above and beyond for our group - the extras included taking one couple to the hospital and stayed with them. The welcoming buffet was fabulous and a great welcome to Tuscany. It was also a great way to meet the other guests staying at the villa. The second dinner - which you need to book - was attended by all guests and is truelly worth booking. The meal - all prepared by Mrs. Cantini (Gabriele's Mom) - went on for 5 hours and is a truely great memory. I am a vegetarian and was well taken care of. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. The pool is pristine. One of my favourite memories was waking in the morning to the sounds of church bells and roosters crowing and looking out over the hills. I have no concerns recommending this villa.

Room Tip: Some rooms are on the second floor (only stairs). There us no AC, however this was not a problem as...

“A hidden gem.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 January 2012

We stayed at Le Torri for 12 days in early December 2011. Despite the cold weather, we enjoyed our stay immensely. Our apartment was very cosy with many included extras. Gabry and his family are wonderful hosts who obviously enjoy sharing their environment with their guests. They are always available to assist with recommendations, directions and other queries. Le Torri represents great value and we fully intend to return with other family members, and enjoy this wonderful location once more!

Room Tip: All apartments are very similar.
