My husband and i stayed with our friends at Villarosalena for 5 nights in october, Rod met us at the train station and carried our cases up to our room that had the most spectacular views, nothing was ever to much trouble to him, we travelled only by train in Tusacny and he was always on hand to take and pick us up from the train station. Caroline, your breakfasts every morning were just fabulous, we always looked forward to a lovely tasty surprise every morning. On our first night at the villa Caroline cooked us all a fabulous meal which we enjoyed by candlelight out on the terrace which had the most spectacular views over the vally below. What perfect hosts and lovely couple you both are,i could go on and on praising this wonderful B&B in Tuscany, we can,t wait to return one day soon.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights with Rod and Caroline at this charming B&B. Our room had luscious views over the area, accommodations were very nicely decorated, the room was spacious. Every morning a fabulous breakfast was presented, what a treat that was. Rod and Caroline were gracious in every way, even doing some laundry for us. They went the extra mile to answer our questions and help with directions. This is a place to recommend, and we do.

We only stayed one night as we were on our way south but were impressed by the ideal location and the welcome we received. Rod saw us parking the car on the road and guessed we were his guests. We found him waiting for us at the bottom of the lane to help us with our luggage.
The room was simple but very clean and spacious with a well appointed bathroom. There were facilities outside in the communal area where we could help ourself to tea and coffee and a fridge which was very welcome. The views were outstanding especially from the terrace where we were lucky enough to be treated to a supper provided by Caroline who is an excellent cook. If you stay, be sure to book at least one evening meal. There was also free WI-fi throughout the property.

My husband had previously stayed at this gem of a place and had only positive compliments about Caroline, Rod and their wonderful accommodation. Everything lived up to what he had raved about, gorgeous breakfasts prepared by Caroline with a scrummy surprise every morning to delight your taste buds. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner prepared by Caroline and served by Rod. It was the best meal we've had in our three trips to Tuscany and as previously highlighted in other reviews more than reasonable. Nothing is too much trouble for this couple, from picking you up from the station to giving advice for attractions and walks in the area, and on this occasion some wonderful recipes to take home.
