Despite the pictures it is stuck back in a residential neighborhood, surrounded by other buildings. The rooms are neat but there is not much in the way of amenities. There is a small mini bar which is not much smaller than the shower. The room is a bit sparse but clean, well maintained and the service is cheerful. The elevators are slow and hold only 3, 4 maximum people at a time. They leave minimal toiletries, there is no clock, no iron (not unusual in this part of the world), not even stationary or pens.
There is a nice lobby bar but it seems to be empty most of the time and the bartender is there when he is there, and not when he's not.
The restaurant has excellent dinners but the buffet breakfast is weak. One day it was basically a continental breakfast with some rolls and juices (you had to request coffee), the next day there were some scrambled eggs and hot bacon.
I clicked "No business center" but there is a computer by the bar. I wouldn't exactly call it a "business center".
It's a nice enough hotel but there's not much to like, not much to dislike.
