The receptionnist was HORRIBLE.
The same man do the housework in the rooms, it was really dirty.
Don't stay here.

We were shocked when we managed to get a room in Santorini for 20 euros but when we turned up we were very glad we hadn't paid any more. When we arrived there was on one at the villa but there was a sign saying to go to a nearby hotel. The hotel was also deserted so we found a phone number and called them up - they said they would be right down. 30 minutes later a girl turned up and gave us a key and said the manager would be there soon. Another 45 minutes later no one had showed up so we went into town. The room was full of flies, the shower was no good and the bed was uncomfortable.

On the plus side it is about a 10-15 minute brisk walk from the Fira bus station which is good.

the owner was nice and kind. the room was clean, but there is no shower curtain so the hole bath room becomes flooded. also the location isn't very good. you have to walk about 20 mins to the fira city.

I am not too impressed with some of the reviews this place has received... I think people have to realize they are going to an island in Greece - so things are done the Greek way, and if you're looking for an Americanized tropical place to lie on the beach, greece isn't the place to go. The owners were not fluent in English, but I didn't know any Greek, so they're doing better than me! They were very friendly, and the other guests all seemed quite content with their stay. The bathroom wasn't as clean compared to north American hotel standards, but then again, when you travel, dealing with differences is part of the experience. I traveled alone and walked along the street to firs alone and never once felt unsafe... And I'm a young female. I've worked in hotels in Canada before, and the guests who complain enough to write a bad review are the unhappy type A's who will complain no matter what you do. I would definitely stay there again, if I ever find my way back to santorini.
