We chose this accomodation because they advertised themselves as a family run business where they treat their guests as members of the family. Unfortunately we did not feel comfortable to talk to them or ask any questions because they made it obvious that it was an efficient business they were running and we were just paying the bills. Conversation was delivered with a smile but extremely brief and brisk and they disappeared as quick as they could.

Our double room with ensuite was small and clean but there was no hot water for us to shower that evening. I told the female owner the next morning and she walked off in a huff and dissapeared into her house. i stood outside for more than five minutes waiting for her to come out and explain that she was going to fix it or transfer us to another room but she didn't return. We had another cold shower before going out that afternoon to catch the sunset in Oia. The next morning it was still cold and very annoying. We checked out soon after and asked for a discount because we had had three days of cold showers (not to mention how rude they were about it) and they started yelling at us.

The husband said why had we not mentioned it and when we explained that we told his wife, she actually stood there and denied it. When I asked them to check the water in our room they refused, instead they turned their own kitchen tap on and off and said the water was hot, that there was no problem. They were extremely aggressive and hostile and kept yelling at us that there was not problem, why did we not tell them before, so we just paid the full amount.

Even though the premises was alright, we definitely wouldn't go back. The customer service was appalling and not worth it since it spoilt the energy of the whole place.

I stayed here for 5 nights while on Santorini and loved it. Its family run and everyone is super friendly. They picked us up from the port and took us to the hotel. Our room was simple and clean, and had a lovely balcony. There was a basic kitchen downstairs with a hot plate, kettle, etc and a beautiful pool outside. Internet is only available in one area and didn't work one of the days we were there, but the rest of the time it worked fine. Its a bit out of the way, but a great price and quite central on the island. Its about a 15 min walk to the bus stop and a half hour walk to Fira (the main city on the island) but there are nice restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Car rentals are also fairly cheap and convenient in the area, so the location worked fine for us.

The family was lovely and very helpful all the time, the rooms were nice and clean, it's quick to get to Fira by walk but there are also buses to go everywhere, the views are lovely too, the swimming pool is really nice, I can only say I had a fab time there and I recommend it to everyone, I'll definitely go back there !!
