i stayed to the Eifel Hotel for 5 years every time I was in Euskirchen (around once every 2 months). The rooms are all different, with a unique style, I could spend hours looking at all the details. The beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms are spotlessly clean and everything always worked. The rooms with the jacuzzi are a treat after a full day working. The bathrooms always had clean towels, bathrobes, sleepers and soaps. The breakfast is extremely good, with different breads, cold cuts, cheese, fish, good coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and a variety of eggs that you can order cooked as you wish (included in the price, on top). The dinner in the first couple of years was nothing special, however it has been steadily improving. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful, willing to prepare breakfast before the opening hours if needed. In general, the hotel is of excellent quality and it was a needed change after all these business hotels that look the same all over the world.
