After a long search on booking sites me and my husbad decided on this hotel. We wanted a room with sea view. Because no site offer me the posibility to buy a room with sea view I have contact the hotel and a nice lady confirm me that they could offer me such a room. Also give ma a better price because they had an offer 87 leva per day with breakfast for minimum 3 day stay. I took that offer much cheper that what we found. So that was a plus for them. When I got there the receptionist told me that I am not allowed to ask room with sea view. That they don't ask much money for this kind of room so I am not allowed. Finally she gave me the room. Another day I wanted to pay for wireless internet and she kept me waiting because she was laughing ans speaking to the phone. Keep in mind that is a blonde and overweight lady. I was travelled in many countries but no one ket me waiting.
Second the room was exactly like in the pictures from booking.com. but they don't offer me service like cleaning. They only come and took the trash.
Than the pillow was the worst that I ever used so if you can bring wiith the pillow.
If you use glasses or kitchen if you don't clean them after you used it you will pay an extra charge.
The breakfast was the same more or less every day.
The pool was colder than the sea.
The beach is clean but you have to pay 6 leva for bed sun, 6 leva for umbrella.

Nice resort close to the beach. Good cleaning of Hotel and apartmens. Ok apartment but our balcony was a little small. If you don't want entertainment in your room do not choose block C. (Stops at 1030 pm, so it may not be a problem.) The children were very satisfied with the animation team. The breakfast and dinner buffets vere good but no magic experience. Poor cleaning of pool area and sun beds. Reception personel need more training to be able to help with basics like bus tables, local attractions etc. Good bus connections to Obzor, and from Obzor to Varna. You can get anywhere with to hotel taxi sevice.

I came in Obzor for a long week-end. Nice beach, nice location, good food. Price is okay for the services. Very expensive beer on the beach bar 4.50 bgn at 330 g, vs 1.7 bgn for a 500 g bottle at the supermarket. Shure i will come back. Very good for family with children

After we spend a quite nice week last year with our friends we decided to turn back again, but we were very dissapointed this year. The hotel have a new management and maybe this is the reason of all the problems:
Bad things:
- we were there in a big group of 5 famylies and it was imposible (and i really dont understand way) to be placed in the same building, or at least in 2 close buildings . We were split at very big distance (building A,C and G)
- very bad service at Tropicana bar and at the restaurant from building A. We waited 1.5 H at Tropicana for some spagheti and we received something else, and after we claimed this the girl simply take my plate and give to other client without any explanation. The personal was very rude at Tropicana. At the restauranr from building A we waited for bread 20 min, and the soups were already cold.
- in the last day, after we made the check out we realized that we forget something in the room, and althout they founded it was imposible to take it back till the end of the day and even the day after. I even phone them and asked to send my by post on my own cost but they refused, and when i asked them if they are not interested about clients satisfaction the manager simply tell me that he is not interested and he close the phone.
- the rooms were not so clean, aand on the floor, a lot of dirty under the bads etc
Good:
The animation team it is very nice with everybody and they are concerned if we feel good or not all the day
Location is very good, very easy acces at the beach, quiet. Playgrounds for kids
Food it is quiet ok, excepting the fact that we had the same food every morning.
