Although I don't stay in many B&Bs this was the best I have ever stayed in. Jacqui and Mike could not have been more hospitable. Breakfast was very good and Jacqui takes great pride in the quality of produce and cooking standards. The rooms were more akkin to small hotel suites with table and chairs to relax in, small fridge, DVD player and Sky TV. Comfortable beds with great views from an elevated position above Newtonmore. The village centre is a 10 minute walk. We will return without question.

We have just stayed at Ard-Na-Coille while on business in the area and what a fantastic place it is !! All the rooms have the WOW factor ! Jacqui and Mike are the perfect hosts. Would have loved to have stayed longer ( a lot longer !) Well worth the 5 stars it has been awarded. The Breakfast was perfect....... We stayed at Ard-Na-Coille some 20 years ago and it was good then! It is now ten times better ! The perfect Guest House, and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Can't speak highly enough of this place. We booked into the four-poster as it was a special occasion and the room was beautiful. Had a fabulous nights sleep after a game of snooker in the lounge, and woke up to the most incredible breakfast I've ever had after any stay - hotel or b&b.

Jacquie and Mike were great hosts, attentive and friendly, but left us completely to our own devices.

We will be back, and would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.

This is a fabulous B and B. We stayed in September and have been meaning to post this review for months (we often remember the pleasant visit). The room was clean and well appointed with a beautiful view. Jacquie and Mike were very helpful but completely unobtrusive. We appreciated their travel tips. The location was perfect for exploring the local area.The BREAKFAST was FABULOUS - have the poached eggs with smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce!!!
