A wonderful 4 nights with friends on a walking holiday.The breakfast was superb! Large rooms with sky tv and en suite.Brian and Kathleen were excellent hosts.We shall stay there again next time we are in Newtonmore.

If you are wanting to see this part of Scotland & want a freindly, spotless place to stay, that is home from home, stay here at Glenavon House. There is nothing you could need that isnt provided. The rooms are immaculate& the beds are realy comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding. Kath is an excellent cook. Brian is very knowledgeable on the area, so much so that we would not have seen half of what we saw without his guidance. We cannot say enough about this B&B. we had a brilliant weekend & were very sorry to leave. We will be returning as soon as we can as we feel we have made new freinds.

The rooms are excellent, everything seems brand new. Brian and Kathleen obviously enjoy looking after their guests and making them feel very welcome.

Spacious, almost brand new en-suite rooms in a modern chalet-style house in the Scottish Highlands: a delightful experience. We were made very welcome by Brian and Kathleen, our hosts, and we enjoyed all the home comforts: the attention to detail is noteworthy. We stayed for three nights and would certainly like to stay at Glenavon House again next time we are in Newtonmore.
