Just returned from this hotel, brill, nice & clean, friendly staff, good food, all in all very good value for price paid. Good sea views from balcony. Great location, bus station across the road as is the beach. All the bars & restaurants are alongside it. Hose, Aime & the young lady in reception were very helpful, as were the management.

The hotel is set in a great location- close to shops, restaurants, bus stops and the beach. The room is basic and has no air con, although has a fan so wasnt too hot and was quiet at night. would recommend visiting Santa Eularia, the hippy market and Ibiza Town and the sicilian restaurant in Es Cana does excellent food. There are a number of restaurants and bars within the area, some are chilled and some more lively. The food at the hotel is not the best- a simple breakfast and hot buffet in the evening. The food was bland and had limited choice for vegetarians and fussy eaters. The hotel was basic and cheap however and so we did not mind eating out. this hotel is is a great base to explore and is of good value. I would definately return to Ibiza as its much nicer than other spanish resorts.

We had a reservation(confirmed) and received an emal the night before we were to arrive(9:30pm) stating that our reservation was not valid as they were now fully booked. Seriously what kind of legitimate business does that to customers. Do not be shocked if you book with them and this happens to you and you are left with nowhere to stay.

We have just returned back from our holiday (23/08 - 03/09) and I must admit this was probably the best so far, the 6 (2 Grandparents, 2 Parents & 2 kids) of us stayed in the Pool Apartments which had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the main room, (2 beds added) each bedroom had a ceiling fan which kept the bedrooms nice and cool, but the main room didn't have one and in the height of summer could probably do with one as you are unable to leave the door open to allow any air to get in, you have to remember that this is a Hostel not a Hotel, if air con was added then the price would go up. On our 2 previous visits (June last Year & Easter this year) the food was okay but could of been better and we were a bit worried that the Grand-kids might struggle a bit, how surprised we were they loved it and I must admit it was an improvement on before, the food was hotter and to be honest seemed a better quality, there was always soup, salads, fish meat, and the usual sundries to go with it, the Staff are great all through the Hostel and the bar prices are one of the cheapest in the resort, although the Hostel was full with a few large family groups we always managed to get sun beds when required even when people were putting towels down at 8.00 in the morning, as a family were thoroughly enjoyed our stay and my partner and myself are looking forward to returning again, hopefully in October but if not then next year.
