Firstly, it was such a pleasant surprise to find such a peaceful atmosphere... the first time we've stayed in a child-free hotel and I'd definitely recommend it. Overall, it's a very solid option - nice hotel, great location, pleasant staff. It was the only last minute option we could find in Ibiza, perhaps because it's away from the party zone, so don't come here if you're looking for nightclubs and all-night benders. The nearby town is around a 10-15 minute stroll, but a very pleasant one at that. The walls in the rooms are indeed quite thin, so you do get a lot of noise transferring from nearby rooms but to be honest the lack of screaming kids and lager louts makes up for this. Some excellent sea swimming nearby as well - bring your snorkelling gear.
We found a terrific Thai restaurant on the beachfront called Chiang Mai (Pasaje Molins de Rey 7 - take the alleyway on the right before the very popular ice-cream parlour). I worked in Asia for a spell and also lived in Amsterdam which has amazing Thai food and this place was up there with the best of them (especially the mixed starter, very freshly made).
On a side note, don't bother with a day trip to the Hippy Market - a waste of time. Just the usual beachfront kiosk rubbish multiplied by 100.
