“STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 September 2011

This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. I read all of the reviews however I am not one to discriminate and just because people put do not stay unless German and from 18-30, I did not listen to it. I do not believe in discrimination so I decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I paid $250 a night for a 2 room (4 adults) all inclusive. Upon checking in, there was no bell hop to assist with the luggage. When escorted to my room, I was told it was on the second floor, when I asked where the elevator was to take my luggage upstairs the guy laughed and told me that this was not that type of hotel and walked away, he did not even help out with the luggage whatsoever. When I opened the door, I thought I was living a nightmare. It was one room with 4 twin size beds. The bathroom door had a hole in the door. The ac was not working. When I asked for assistance with the ac he said that it was not included in reservation!! That I had to PAY 9 euros for the ac with a 20 euro deposit!! When I opened up the air conditioner to try to turn it on, the filters were disgusting and full of lint. I'll post up pictures later when I have the chance. When I asked to be changed to a 2 room as I purchased he said there was no such thing that this is a "young people's hotel and this was the point to stay together". Well, that's not what I purchased. When I sat in the bed, there were ants on the bed as well. And to top it all off, the "all-inclusive" was only from 8-10! I could not take it and checked into another hotel right away. This was the worst room ever and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone at all. Please stay away from this. I can’t even believe that expedia.com would even sell this hotel! This is below any standard and it’s completely unacceptable.

Room Tip: If you want a good room, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

“rude, un helpfull staff, unless you were german of course”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 August 2009

right i went with an open mind as you have to when it is somewhere new. the complex it self is very nice and the pool area is gourgeous, but if you english your not welcome up there as we went once and were given the look as if how dare you come here. in tue gherman style towels were out at the crack of dawn and the staff didn communicate withyou unless you shouted and made a point about what you needed. its all geared up for the germans and can honestly say they have changed ny impression of them. and all this bad press about the british...its nothing as the germans are just as bad if not worse. please dont go there if you a family or wanting 18-30's as all th info is in german and all the activities are aswell and the rooms are like ovens with windows. the food was ok but the staff and the germans arnt worth the holiday. all in all a real dissipointment!!

“Don't go (unless you are german and 18-25)”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 July 2009

We ended up there as one of two hotels recommended by Viajes Iberia (Gran Vía, Madrid). No idea how on earth they could offer anyone such an uncomfortable hotel.

- No air conditioning in our room
- Even, NO SOAP or shampoo in our room!
- Didn't clean our room.
- When we got there, they had no idea about our reservation.
- Mediocre restaurant. Mediocre food, just soft drinks are included, under average breakfast.
- Clueless staff at reception desk. Only one 60ish blonde woman and a young 30ish girl had any idea... To the rest of the staff, any task becomes an ordeal (renewing your card for your room, trying to find your reservation, deal with the tour operator...)
- Sleep at night? Just imagine dozens of drunk German adolescents on a saturday night at Ibiza...
- No wifi

I would never go back there.
The only good thing about the hotel is... the photographer: DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES in their website, nothing to do with reality... For instance: swimming pool is more like a jacuzzi. And full of german adolescents, drinking, with their sunglasses on, listening to some house music,... hilarious. Normal for teenagers, a funny situation seen being an spectator of the whole thing.
As someone at Trip Advisor said, it's very very basic.
