“classy,luxurious and relaxing”

We up-graded to a junior suite after being shown both our original room and a suite. I think we chose the suite for the view rather than the additional space or facilities, that said it wasn't significantly more expensive so we are not complaining. Very comfortable beds, linen and pillows. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful- even delivering free of charge tea and biscuits when we queried lack of tea/coffee facility in the room (and this was quite late at night!!) The breakfast was wonderful and we relaxed around the pool for most of our stay. On one of the cloudy mornings we spent time in the spa which was complimentary- this should not be missed during your stay- delightful. I would not like to pay premium prices for this hotel but the various deals available are excellent value and I would not hesitate to recommend

stayed with my wife, 2 boys and loved it. good service by the pool, nice rooms, roof top lounge and restaurant are both very well done. location is also good for families as in a small village on the beach and boat harbor with restaurants around.

Room Tip: book the rooms on the 4th floor looking over the sea

“Very good time, excellent staff, not sure hotel theme 100% suits setting”

Rooms very good , we had a junior suite. A suite commonly describes a key feature being multiple rooms, this didn’t have multiple rooms, it had an entrance, bathroom to one side bedroom to the other. However it was very good and as portrayed on the website. A very good room, excellent views, well looked after. A few bedrooms look over the back, pool side is a better view.

The hotel grounds and pool area all worked fine, enough sunbeds but then the hotel was not very full. Didn't matter as hotel not full but half the lifts did not work.

All the staff were very polite and helpful, no problems there at all. We really thought they were good, perhaps for 5 star some may need slight assistance with training, better to say when they have not understood you "pardon" as oppoed to "what". Very small point, but if you have 5 stars small points get noticed.

The roof top “Air Ibiza” has a bar, a pool and tapas restaurant. An excellent area with great views and chilled out seating. It was open from 7pm. We thought the pool and bar should have been open during the day. The Tapas restaurant was very good, as was the breakfast. A fanastic plus for the hotel, great area.

Occasional bit of live music noise and jolly fun later on at night to be heard from the nearby 3 star hotel over our quieter chilled out background music, but not too loud and didn't bother us.

Easy to walk into Santa Eularia, very middle of the road resort, all ok. Being able to take a boat into Ibiza Town from there was a bonus.

Not sure if I would have stuck a 5 star hotel in that position – nothing wrong with the position – just that the chilled out atmosphere the hotel tries to create (and goes a long way to succeeding), doesn’t tally 100% with the setting, others may disagree..

“Not my best review ever...”

Mainly because I didn't spend much time there! Seemed clean, staff seemed nice, menu and food at pool was fair but pricey and rooms were comfortable. I didn't eat in the restaurant so can't judge and I guess I would have given it 4 stars overall but I found the staff a bit jobsworth on a couple of occasions - notably when they wouldn't serve me water (!) at the pool as it was in a glass and I could break it (but only before 11am). Bizarre. Location is a long way if you are planning on a lot of partying but it's fine and great for people looking to chill a bit or possibly families...

“Generally great and very relaxing”

We had a corner room with tub on the balcony - room 101. It was a great room with lots of space and mod cons. It was v cool being able to draw the curtains by hitting a button next to your bed. The tv did not face the bed and you could nit swivel it to do so - irritating. Also
irritating were the bath taps which were v difficult to turn esp when your hands are damp. Pool area beautiful but there are too few sunloungers which is a shame. Had a wonderful massage at spa. Breakfast was v tasty with a good selection and it's great it goes until 11am. The problem is the lack of organisation at breakfast - dirty plates don't get cleared, takes ages to get a coffee - they need a restaurant manager overseeing proceedings. They really should do this better in a 5 star hotel. Staff on reception helpful, friendly and responsive. Roof top bar beautiful but service is non existent - we gave up waiting for a drink. Overall a lovely hotel but they really should iron out these niggles to make it perfect. Please feel free to email if you have questions.
