Fantastic hotel , a bit old style, but very nice. Be aware a flight of 100 steps will lead you straight to the sea (and the beach is nice!). If you do not fancy walking back up, you can always stay in the swimming pool, which is also nice.
The restaurant is really good (but think of booking for dinner).
El Rocio, a fantastic village less than 20 minutes drive, is really worth the visit !

Long drive from Merida and landed in Mazagon. What a treat! This is best Parador I have visited. Location by sea and view is wonderful. Spent 3 days and really relaxed. Great pool and lovely beach. Food super with great wine. We took a trip National park Donana well worth a visit, ideally in Spring. Hotel provided early breakfast for us. This Parador was the highlight of our trip as a family. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed staying here. After the heat of Seville, this was a perfect place to relacs. Make sure you get room on 1st floor with a view to the sea!

Good location for visiting the surrounding area. There are fascinating places to visit nearby associated with Christopher Columbus (such as the excellent Monasterio de Rabida and Palos de la Frontera). It is relatively close to Doñana National Park (although this, like all visitor attractions nearby, seem to be closed on Mondays!) and an easy drive to El Rocio.

Located in extensive grounds so it was a quiet location. The room had a large king-size bed & large bathroom. The food in the restaurant (2 evenings) was very good which was unexpected. Although located on the coast, access to the beach is down an extensive wooden staircase, with a return journey only suitable for fit climbers!
