We needed somewhere to stay for 1 night en route from Umbria to the south coast and this hotel seemed a safe, if unexciting, bet. Main problem was that it was very hot and the room air con was completely ineffectual. Completely. Rear of hotel overlooked a building site, in fact whole of area was similar. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was very basic, basic service. Finally on check out hotel credit card machine did not work so we had to use all the cash we had to pay. Very grim place, recommend tyou find somewhere nicer even if it's further away off your intended route!
