This hotel was a disgrace. It was probably good once, but is well past its prime. There is scarcely any staff (or guests) to be seen, and broken glass still littered the poolside a day after the accident occurred. Expedia, the hotel's own website and signs throughout Ostuni and in the hotel itself all advertise (or show photos of) a restaurant in the hotel. When I asked the receptionist where it was, she told me with a little laugh that there wasn't one any more. This led to an hour's walking each night down a dirty and dusty road to get to Ostuni's restaurants. The advertised 'coffee shop/cafe' is an espresso machine behind the reception desk, and this is typical of the unreliability of the hotel's claims to the facilities it possesses. Furnishings are tatty in the rooms (my shower door wouldn't shut) and the furniture at the pool side is scant and often broken. Breakfast was fairly minimalistic. The place is clearly in decline, and I would anyone advise strongly not to go there.
