Absolutly loved this place, will definatly go back again.
Nicely located, and only a few minutes walk from the beaches, shop, bars and restaurants.
The pool was fantastic, ideal for that early morning swim, or late evening dip!
Very helpful staff, and good to see people really happy and jolly whilst working.

Perfect place to stay! Staff are so friendly and the place is so relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for so many things, the swimming pool and jacuzzi, the wonderful view from the sun loungers, of the volcano, and the location was ideal, an easy stroll to the shops, Port Levante, the beach and mud baths. The restaurant that the hotel recommends, and uses for their half board and full board paying guests, was great! Good tasty fresh food, with plenty to choose from. Great portion sizes and I loved the grilled fish! We where on a B&B rate at the hotel, but we made use of the voucher system that the hotel has with the restaurant, €18 pp for a 3 course meal, we found it very good value for money, and better than some of the other restaurants on the island.
Breakfast was good, a nice buffet of fruits, fruit juices, yogurts, cereals, pastries, croissants, cheeses, hams, salamis, and teas and coffees....(obviously no hot English breakfast, in Europe in general they dont do thay type of breakfast...but i found i didnt miss it at all, as the buffet was more than ample) The staff really are easy going and friendly, and allow you to bring in stuff from the local supermarket, for having a snack by the pool. We had no problems at all with the smell from the mud baths at this hotel, and it was mosquito free, which was a big bonus! I will definatly go back !

We found this hotel by coincidence, it was a very nice surprise.
Rooms are nice, clean and renovated.
The location is near the vulcano (easy access for excursions). It is also near the port, beach and fungi.
The big plus is for the wonderful well-done exterior pool/Jacuzzi that have a great view on the vulcano.
I would defenitely recommend this hotel
