Stayed there one Saturday night in September when we were exploring the Mosel. Rooms in the area were filled up so we had to settle for a single at this hotel just up river from Cochem. The bed looked like it would hold a small child. Good thing my wife is small. They brought in an inflatable for me. In the middle of the night it began to leak. By morning I looked like I had been swallowed by a giant clam. The hotel is known for its fresh fish. River trout I think. In the morning we went to breakfast and waiter was fishing out the trout what had gone belly up during the night. All in all, an experience I can laugh about but won't go back anytime soon.
