Stayed in the Park Inn June 2011 and was pleased at the simple efficiency and furnishings of the property. Well laid out, nice staff and really good location on a quiet street next to a canal, shopping, restaurants and sights.
Most surprising though, was the food. Breakfast (included in price) was a buffet with a good selection from make it yourself waffles, caprese salad, to as you like it eggs. The room service menu, though limited, was very tasty and well presented.
As for the room amenities, the bathroom is very nice with a wide shower, raised sink and ample storage. The room also offered good storage and the bed was very comfortable. The duvet is divine and I'll be hunting for one back home!
All in all, very good for the money; well rounded property with everything I needed and a very friendly, courteous and well-informed staff. I'll be back for business later and sure to book the Park Inn for my stay. Personally preferred it to the Alte Werft which I found a bit "compact" and lacking in the food department!
