The hotel is clean and very well maintained. The staff is incredibly helpful (the shuttle driver suggested places to visit in Frankfurt and instructed me on what trains to take there and back.) But the best part of my stay was the early check in. Check in is normally 2:00pm but my flight landed at 5:30am. I caught the first shuttle at 6 am and was into my room ten minutes after arriving. That extra care made for a wonderful stay. Higly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed here twice while traveling from Germany to the United States. It's easy and economical to leave our car here while we travel, and the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms are up-to-date and clean, with super-comfortable beds, and the staff is friendly. There's a little bar in the lobby which we have enjoyed in the evening, after dining at one of the two excellent restaurants - one German, one Italian - located just a short walk from the hotel. The buffet breakfast presents a nice variety of dishes in a pleasant dining area. We think this is the best of several Frankfurt airport hotels in which we have stayed.

Reception was efficient and friendly enough. Room was clean and adequate although (minor issue) threadbare towels reminded me of a third world hotel. Breakfast was acceptable. My main reason to stay here was to get to Frankfurt airport. Shuttle ride was comfortable. Some guests were late and the driver scolded them for we had to turn around and pick them up. I felt most of us agreed with the driver. Overall a good experience. Car parking is outdoors by the way. I plan to use this again if rates stay the same.

I was connecting within 24 hours at Frankfurt airport and decided to stay at this hotel - it was very good . The check in was efficient and the staff friendly,courteous and gave information on the shuttle bus in the morning as well as wake up call and offered newspaper.the room was very clean and the bed comfortable with the usual choice of pillows to assist with a good sleep. Buffet breakfast was held in a most pleasant,bright and airy restaurant and very good choice on offer and very tasty. The check out was quick and the shuttle bus to and from the airport was quick and efficient - all in all a good place to stay whilst in transit.
