Unfriendliness and non-flexibility everywhere, beginning from the reception to the services at the restaurant to the driver of the shuttle buses.

I have been travelling around the world, and I have to admit this was my WORST experience. Upon arrival, I was told the buffet is opened. But to my surprise, the buffet was literally empty! So I asked the waitress that I would like to order something from the menue to privately dine in my room. She told me the kitchen is closing "soon" (yes! SOON); so they will not take my order. But she suggested I could go in the kitchen to talk to them myself!!!!! Isn't this incredible?!?!??!

Go somewhere else. This is my sincere advice.

My wife and I spent one night here before starting a river cruise. We did not select it or pay directly for the room so I cannot comment on the value. I thought the room was extremely nice. Breakfast had selections from all over Asia and middle east in addition to normal American style options.

Stay one night before my early departure the next day. The hotel is located in an industrial area and as being eve of New Year Dy, you can imagine that the place is almost a deserted town. The only positive point is that the rate was acceptable fr the stay. They provide airport transfer free to hotel but must pay Euro 5 for return trip to airport.

Stayed here during sa business trip sevral times. The food and drinks are good. The rooms are nice, clean and quiet. The large windows are great as they open and can allow fresh air in.
