We stayed as part of a coach tour for one night and were impressed by the size of the room, it was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Dinner was good and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Good overnight stop.

Stayed here for just one night as part of a tour. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable although the bathroom door handle was hanging off and our TV didn't work. Didn't bother to report as not stopping long! Breakfast was ok, bread, cereals, cheese, selection of meat etc. Staff all very friendly, made us fell very welcome. Didn't appear to be much to do in Menen itself.

We were part of a coach party stopping for an overnight stop so the only meal we had was breakfast which was a typical continental breakfast,the eggs were cold ,sausages were hot,fresh fruit,choice of fruit & juices as well as the normal hot drinks.The room was comfortable,the only thing we found was we were on the ground floor and right on the road which was rather busy most of the night.Apart from that the staff were friendly,the room clean & comfy and the shower hot,space in room great.

I endorse all comments regarding the food, which was inedible. No choice, no fresh vegetables and badly cooked. Other members of the party, with special dietary requirements, were not catered for at all, despite special requests made prior to the visit. the majority of the party supplemented or replaced hotel fare with food they that purchased, thus adding considerably to the price of the holiday.

Room was spacious, bed and shower clean. No complaints on that score. Staff practically non-existent. The same young man was manning reception, serving in the bar and doing everything else.

Would avoid at all costs.
