I was awaken during the night by one of the hotel employees that was washing dishes next to my room. I asked him why he was making a noice at 3am. He said - "the manager told me".
I loved the hotel - but I will never go back there.
The hotel has a potential to be a great hotel. Rooms are big, chocolates on the bed, great breakfast including all kinds of french and belgium cheeses, hotel is near the train station and you get a discount if you say you are on business with Johnson & Johnson.
The downside - first: no-one tells you that the trains (station is right next to hotel) will make the room rumble. If you stay in a room with an odd number - you are right on the track (and no "special" window can stop the train rattle). If you are in room 101 - you hear the noise guests make going up and down the near stairs. If you are in a room near 120 - you are next to the kitchen (why did they put the kitchen there?) noise begins early in the morning and ends late at night.
You can see the hotel invests a lot of money in the quality of the hotel, but forget the most important thing - guests come there to sleep.
