This is a challenging hotel to review , there were real plusses and minuses. I stayed here for three nights, the room was not hugely inviting but had pretty much everything you needed although the decor looks "tired" and outdated. Facilities within the hotel are extremely limited this really is a B&B rather than a hotel.
What was great:
Reception staff who were willing to go out of their way to help
What was good:
Breakfast buffet, a huge choice
What was OK:
Comfort of the bed
On the other hand....
What was appalling:
Noise from the trains late into the evening and a great wake-up call at 4am:-(
What was bad:
No wi-fi
Dark corridor that only lit up a few seconds after you exit your room
Room that stank of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room
No facilities to eat within the hotel during the evening
