As always, we just returned from a wonderful trip to Austria staying at Stanglwirt. We loved the hotel and food and the time to relax and enjoy the snow. A special thank you to the employee who helped dig out our car from a foot of snow!! It is nice touch from an already wonderful hotel.

We stayed in a suite and we had all conforts you wish to find on holidays.
Amazing athmosphere, elegant, quite and relaxing.
Very nice country interiors, warm enviroment, fresh flowers everywhere, beautiful the fireplace in the bedroom and amazing confortable bed. Huge bathroom.
Food available all day long with an Amazing selection and excellent taste.
The second day, since I do not speak german, the staff surprise me by printing a dedicated menu in english specially transleted for me.
Staff is so professional and polite.
The owner personally greet and welcome us upon arrival and departure.
The spa area is extreamly clean and relaxing.
Nice variety of Spa treatments and very well trained staff able to recomand you the treatments according to your expectations or needs.
Nice garden with sunbeds available.
Romantic place surrounded by beautiful mauntains.

As we were in Kitzbühel, we passed by the Stanglwirt and asked to be shown around. All the receptionist could do, was handing us out the hotel brochure - even after insisting and confirmation by the supervisor. Is that the service culture you expect in a five star hotel? Or do you need to show your business card first? At first sight, seems to be at a noisy location - main road nearby. Average marks given for other categories, as we had not the chance to test.

Cannot fault anything! Rooms amazing - luxurious and more than specious, comfortable, private, well equipped. The nicest staff - couldn't do enough! Food - delicious! Location - gorgeous. Can't find a bad thing to say. Loved every minute.

We're certainly aiming to return next year and would unreservedly recommend the hotel to anybody planning a holiday in Austria. Going itself is a great place to be based and there's plenty to do. If you're into your treatments and massages the hotel has a great spa.
