“Great quality overall and for the price!”

New, sleek, well refined structure with big, modern, comfortable rooms and nice gym and spa. We also enjoyed the food and the location. Great panorama of the surrounding mountains from the room's balcony (and even from the glass surrounded shower). We subscribed a summer family offer that allowed us to stay for a week in a nice suite with our two kids (that didn’t pay, as the offer allowed). We’ll go there again, maybe in winter season for skiing. I strongly recommend it.

Disliked — SPA masseurs ability, lack of wifi

“Great Getaway, super Service!”

Just a great, very beautiful hotel!
Modern, with a strong focus on "designer" style, but an incredibly well tuned sense of hospitality and service.

The rooms are fantastic (no air-condition, though, which was a bit annoying because of the current heat wave), nice, well. designed, roomy, great bath!

The food - first rate.
The service - excellent and always tyring to go the extra mile.
Great and large Wellness area, heated indoor and outdoor pool, large sauna area, great Spa applications, large gym etc.

Surrounding - the Nassfeld mountains are just beautiful , you can go up to 1900 m with the Millenium Express (free for hotel guests), and start from there, or go down either with summer sledding or bikes or with your Nordic Walking sticks.

Disliked — no air condition (which is really only important if you are experiencing a real heat wave which is very rare in the Alps)

innanzitutto desidero ringraziarLa anche a nome dei miei preziosi collaboratori per aver scelto il nostro albergo per le Sue vacanze. Mi fa piacere che sia rimasta soddisfatta dei nostri servizi e della nostra Spa: per quanto riguarda i prodotti attualmente in uso sia per i trattamenti per il corpo che per l'alta cosmesi, si tratta anche di una linea professionale e il feedback dei nostri ospiti é comunque sempre preso in seria considerazione, quindi grazie per il Suo giudizio.
