We booked 2 -two superior rooms, at a price over two hundred EUR each of them, for 7 nights. The furniture is old and not very clean. The bathroom is depreming and better bring a bulb with you in case you want to comb your hair. You can't walk into the room without slipers, not to get your feet dirty. Not intimacy into the bathroom, because of the door system. The smell in the rooms and on the halls you better don't try. Nothing you see in the pictures on the publicity sites are real, it's a big lie on four stars hotel prices.
Better avoid the light lunch, in case you don't want to get ill.

We were very pleased about the conditions offered by Urbani hotel. It's not a very big hotel near the lake Ossiacher am See. It's a quit area, even if the local train pass near the hotel, but this doesn't happen very often and this affect mainly the guests with rooms "with mountains view". But, as I said, this wasn't a very big inconvenient for us, even if we had such rooms. We were 2 families with small children and we were very well received. We had all the facilities for children (walkie-talkie, beds, chairs, all the machines we need for prepairing fresh food or milk a.s.o.). We concluded that we could go there having only the clothes and it would be ok!
The hotel has a pool which is super for kids, a sauna for adults, baby care for kids older than 2 years. Everything is very clean and people are very kind.
Regarding the shopping area, it was a little bit far (meaning that you could find a store for foods within 1 km, but if you need something more... it would be better to go to Villach which was at 10 km far).
The ski area is about 6 km away and it was not a problem reaching it because the hotel had a car wich took the guest to the condola and take them back, so it was ok.
So, if you need a peacefull holiday with your family, I would strongly recommend it.
