I went for my honeymoon to this hotel. The place is very beautiful and the location and climate were very nice.
The hotel as such was not up to the mark, what I expected. Being a 3 star hotel (as advertised), there is no bath tub and even the WC was not having handspray and even bidet was not there. Otherwise room was ok and even the service is nice.
Food was good and the sight seeing arranged was nice as well.
Finally I would say our stay was ok.

The hotel is located in a quiet location in Madekeri away from the crowded market place. I liked the food at the Silver Oaks restaurant. The facilities were decent. But I would consider the prices a bit steep. Rooms were clean. Service was prompt.

“Mismanaged hotel”
Rooms are big and comfortable.
Acute water problems
Room ACs not working. No maintenace.
Food was average.
But they gave us alternate stay at Heritage Resort near Mahindra Reasort to compenstae for discomfort.
All the residents vacated

“good hotel”
The hotel is good for 1-2 days peaceful stay,clean rooms, nice swimming pool and other activities excellent food quality and variety . you can hire a cycle and enjoy the city as well as beautiful terrain and views around.
