A fabulous spot, clean and modern - well set out for a family of 4. Friendly helpful staff. The only draw-back was an issue with the hot water, which they were working on when we left. Would highly recommend it for all.

After a huge drive from Queenstown we arrived to find a comfortable room. Although the place was a little dated it was generally clean, comfortable and tidy. One of the only places we stayed with free wifi. Insect replellant in the bathroom, free dvds.
We would recommended this accomodation as good value for money and friendly. We would stay there again.

If you looking for a motel that goes that little bit more, try Settlers. They provide lots of things normally not expected such as free wifi, video rental, towels to springs and a well fitted out kitchen. Very relaxing place to stay.

Lovely clean, comfortable rooms, but it was the service that made the stay excellent! Nothing was too much trouble for Alan & Vivian, the caretakers, including prioritzing the cleaning of our rooms for our early arrival. They also provide a lot of extras for free that other motels charge for - free wifi, free laundry, towels for the spa, good coffee. Have earned our repeat custom.
