Tranquility at its best!!! I love the breakfasts and the staff were so friendly. Just a few set backs: only one TV channel, and they were out of some food items, but the friendly smiles made up for it. If there were no TV and no food, I wouldn't care!!!! We stayed at Sunset Resort for 6 days. During that time we had some of the best uninterrupted rest and sleep we have had in months. We felt safe and secure on the property and that is not to be taken for granted. What they do very well is to leave you alone, and prepare very good food. Outstanding service was provided by Merlette and Clinton. That being said-several issues bothered me while there. We stayed in Sunset Dream with the kitchen and the website shows an accurate depiction. It does not show that the doors which are painted flat white are filthy with fingerprints. (the bathroom door is particularly disturbing) The dresser (also white)is terribly in need of a coat of paint and ant traps should be used in the kitchen. The old percolator coffee pot needs to be replaced. The hotel advertises WIFI but it is sporatic and only accessed in the main house until 10pm, not the villas. On our last day we looked at three other rooms attached to the main house. They were clean and updated so apparently our villa was just neglected. The management team is lovely but there seems to be a lack of communication between them. This does not make for great customer service. Also there is a fabulous massage therapist who performs a holistic steam bath named Shirley. She is not on site but her son will pick you up from the hotel. The staff at Sunset may try to switch you to Chrissy(as they did me) but demand Shirley for an unbelievable experience.

My first trip to Jamacia. Treasure Beach is the place for me. Nice and relaxing. The staff was very good. Went on a couple of fishing trips with Kori &Captain Talla, what a blast! I can't wait to go back next year!! Thanks for a great time Kori & Janet. I will be back!!!!!

We loved how warm and welcome the hotel staff was. They even sent Janet to come and pick us up from the airport! You will not find better service than this! We were friends with most of the staff by the end of our stay. We had an oceanfront room, and it was simply beautiful! The food was fantastic, everyone was so laid-back, and very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Treasure Beach!!
