Enjoyed staying here and they do many things well and would stay here again without hesitation. Customer service was very good, hotel is roomy, clean and has all the ammenities and you will not be disappointed. Has nice infinity pool on the second floor that combined with the temperate climate is a nice place to relax. Workout room is small and hard to find, on the day I used the facility there were no towels available. Could not give it an excellent overall as it is showing a little age, the grille food prep and service was a slow, the maid service was unpredictable as to timing and left the room in mid-service to take lunch break. So,no big complaints, I am just reserving the overall excellent rating for those that operate on at the highest level.

I stayed a week in this hotel because of the location, and it's very good, it's close to the city center, and to nice restaurants in the city. However, rooms looked old, the carpeting looked if it had been for ages. Restaurants are not good, the service is ok, and the servers are there to help, but the food is not interesting, at all.

I agree with all the good reviews of the hotel...it was clean, well appointed rooms, good services, great pool and if you like to gamble...this could be the best place in Santiago! the staff was friendly, spoke english well and when I used my terrible spanish they all worked with me!

I had the best Sancoche (not sure of the spelling) at the small cantina downstairs...it was excellent!

My only complaint...is that the cigar shop closes too early as by the time I got back from business meetings it was about 8:00pm...and it was closed by then two nights in a row!

The service in this hotel was a thousand times better than the previous hotel I had stayed at during my stay in July. The property is VERY high end and the service is top notch. We were received with glasses of champagne and cold towels not only for my boyfriend and I, but for my family that was dropping me off. I'm talking about 10 of us. They really treated us like if we were at home. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The amenities in the bathroom were great! This hotel is perfect in every way. The pool service was great. The head of housekeeping and the staff was very attentive attentive with all of our needs. The bellmen in the front of the hotel were also ready to assist with our luggage at every moment. The front desk team made check in and check out run smoothly. Upon check out, we were given bottles of water for the road. We felt like true VIP guests. I will definitely be staying here everytime I go to Santiago.
