To be brief, I have never experienced a hotel stay as incredible as this one. From the moment we checked in (unexpected upgrade to a hot tub room) until the time we left the service was nothing but top notch.

Roula in particular was amazing. One story that summarizes the service at Chromata and Roula in particular: When we checked out we were going to be heading to Mykonos and Roula was aware of this through our conversations. Upon checking out she handed us a card with a lengthy list of recommended beaches and restaurants in Mykonos. You can tell she put a lot of time into the hand-written note, and it was a very pleasant and unexpected end to an amazing trip.

Bottom line: if you are coming to Santorini stay at the Chromata...you will be astounded.

From the moment we arrrived to Santorini to last minute, the hotel staff really took care of us. Always went the extra-mile to ensure that we enjoy every second of our stay. The rooms were amazing, the music at the room incredible, the staff was always in sync with my request's, (they gave us a cell phone so that we could stay in touch with the front desk at all times, nice touch). The General Manager, Roula Kormpou, the best manager ever and of course her entire time.

I recommend this hotel with my eyes closed.

It's a wonderful experience, from check-in time till check-out, we enjoyed every single minute. Hotel location, room, food, mood.... And specially this wonderful staff. Roula the sweetest manager, Lydia and her charming French speaking.... And every single member of this professional staff. They are able to fulfill all your needs with the most shining smile. You can call this professionalism, but I call it love, and at Chromata they have plenty of it.

We had the absolute pleasure of incorporating this hotel in our itinerary for our overseas holiday in April/May 2011. After being disappointed the previous year with an aborted holiday due to the Iceland Volcano Chromata made everything in the past forgotten.
From the moment we arrived and took the first step down into the cascading hotel we were awe struck with not just the magic of all white with a magnificent blue backdrop of the ocean but the wonderful welcome from the staff.
It just continued, the room was superb – with the most comfortable bed in the world; the staff at the pool, cocktail bar and lounge restaurant were also very friendly and helpful.
Everyone we met, including all the other staff, made us feel extremely special and it just kept getting better.
It was a special occasion for us with a proposal in the unique and private Chromata Resto Restaurant. The Administration staff in conjunction with the Hotel staff had everything prepared and the proposal was made over a fabulous dinner looking out over the Caldera.
We loved every minute of our stay – this place is heaven on earth. By the way the answer was yes.
