I stayed here for one night and found the guest house very friendly and helpful, the room was a reasonable price and was comfortable, travelling solo on business I would be happy to stay here again as it has a great location for the centre of Bourgas and close to bus station.
The staff in the hotel greated with smiles and was very helpful when I wanted to check my flight times on there computer/internet

We stayed at the Fotinov whilst we were in Burgas for one night. It has a great location just minutes away from the south bus station and round the corner from the main shopping area. We found the Guest House very clean and had all the amenities you would require for a pleasent stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful plus they all could speak english and or german. If we required anything it was never any trouble(directions taxis etc) We will be in Burgas in 2010 and we hope to stay there again.

l HAVE STAYED IN THE FOTINOV LOADS OF TIMES FROM 06 T0 09, LOTS OF TIMES IN THOSE YEARS.
LOVELY PEOPLE Hotel right in bougas, accommodation no frills , this reflects in the price.
Always will stay there, cannot recommend this place enough, if you want five star, then look elsewhere, good affordable accommodation, this is your place.
The staff know me on first name greeting.

A nice, quaint guest house. Our room was clean, with a balcony that gave a pretty view over the town. A very central location, close to the station and buses. A simple, tidy room, with helpful, friendly reception. It's good value for the price.
