Thank God we stayed here for just 1 night, October 4, 2011. The service in this hotel is terrible, the worst in our entire tour. Service was so bad that we had to bring our own luggage to our room and back to the bus. The hotel is located out of the city center but beside an outlet mall. The shower head in our room (Room 2110) was leaking all over including the ceiling. The only memorable thing was we had one of the best dinners in a Spanish tapas resto in the mall beside the hotel. The hotel staff including front desk definitely need a reorientation on guest service.

Very clean hotel,excellent breakfst,but too far from the city,and my main complaint,air conditioning that either didnt work,or had been turned off.Opened the window and by dawn the room cooled off and i had a couple of hours sleep.
Desk clerk,no help.

this hotel feels like a hospital and is far off being a four star hotel. after waiting for an hour and a half in the restaurant I was told they had actually run out of my choice! the other guests I was with managed to eat but not what they had ordered. the rooms are very eighties style and the corridors are like in a hospital. breakfast is to be avoided especially if you are in a group- the room is like a school cantine but the food is worse

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the airport - the main reason why we were there. But the hotel itself was very disappointing. The hallway on our floor smelled of urine. The Pay Per View system didn't work, although it was advertised in the room. The TV itself was a relic from the 80s. The restaurant was closed. The bar fridge was half-full. The Wireless Internet connection was VERY weak. Will never stay here again.
