Spent a fabulously cosy and pampered weekend here with friends end October. Breakfasts and our evening meal were both fantastic, and the warm welcome from Peter and Lesley more than countered the wet weekend outside. Would highly recommend the rooms too: lots of tasteful little touches and so comfortable. Hope to return before too long.

Thanks to Lesley and Peter for superb hospitality last weekend. The accommodation was really comfortable and stylish. The breakfast could not be bettered. We had an evening meal provided which was excellent, and what was really impressive that Lesley and Peter took the trouble to learn our names- a group of 14 with only two having already been to Distant Hills. You won't be disappointed, and take your friends too!

We were walking the Great Glen Way and were very tired. The owners were just superb. Collected us from Gairlochy and delivered us back to the walk next day. They were warm, welcoming and the room was great. Very clean. Breakfast superb.

We regrettably only had the one night but it was a real treat . Highly recommended. Wonderful hosts fantastic food. Loved the guest lounge and the warm welcome of tea and biscuits .
