“Incredible hosts, incredible home”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 October 2010

Sadie and Robert have years of experience in hospitality and it shows. Relaxing, cozy atmosphere, we were warmly welcomed into their home and they were helpful with future travel recommendations and in knowledge of the area. We showed up unannounced, which I wouldn't recommend, but Sadie's welcome made us feel right at home and we were instantly cared for. Very clean, comfortable beds, great bathroom, amazing breakfast - Dad said it was the best breakfast he had the whole trip, so try the salmon and eggs! We will definitely be staying there again if we are lucky enough to make it back there.

“Hospitality at it's finest”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 September 2010

This is a wonderful B&B that we stayed in for a couple of nights while mountain biking nearby in Fort William. We were immediately made welcome by our host, Sadie, who brought us delicious home made scones. She then insisted on driving us to dinner at the nearby restaurant 'Russell's' so that we could enjoy some wine with out meal. This was very much appreciated as we had a wonderful meal (and some lovely wine to go with it!). The rooms are traditional Scottish in style and nice and large. We were in the smaller Bluebell room but it was still a good size. Highly recommended to experience true highland hospitality!

“Congratulations to Sadie and Robert! The best hosts we've ever found ...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 September 2010

Absolutely the best accommodation of our holiday in Scotland. We found two wonderful people as a courtesy, hospitality, intelligence, generosity and professionalism. A villa so beautiful that it was sad to leave. One room - the blue bell room - not only comfortable, but with special attention to detail and good taste well above average. A great view from the window of the room and the large windows of the wonderful dining room, seeing the beautiful landscape that surrounds Faegour House. A tasty breakfast, freshly cooked by the talented Sadie, who strove with his attention to making our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you very much Roberto and Sadie, do not forget you.

“Amazing views, wonderful service and great value.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 August 2010

Our stay at Faegour house was a lovely experience. We arrived after an afternoon walking around Glen Nevis and were quite tired. We were greeted with the offer of tea in the sitting room. The sitting room had a bay window with the most wonderful view of the mountains and tea consisted of a pot of tea with home made cake and biscuits brought to us while we relaxed and enjoyed the view. It was very pleasant.
We stayed in the Bluebell room which also had a (more limited) view of the mountains. It was scrupulously clean and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and ensuite shower was powerful with plenty of hot water.
Sadie and Roberto are a very charming couple and were polite and friendly without being intrusive. We hadn't decided where to eat, and Sadie gave us a number of recommendations. When we had decided, she made the booking for us and insisted on driving us the five minute trip to the restaurant (it was practically walking distance) - and insisted on picking us up "so you can relax properly". Very kind and far above and beyond what we expected! The restaurant was excellent just as she had told us.
Breakfast was served in the sitting room, with the stunning view of the mountains, and the food was beautifully cooked and presented.
I cannot fault Faegour house - it was a very pleasant experience and Roberto and Sadie are very charming hosts. Oh and the price was very reasonable too.
