We arranged a wheelchair accessible room & were not disappointed.

Pleased with size & decor of room.

Staff were excellent.

Had problems with people standing outside smoking and talking until morning. Complained to management who didnt seem bothered.

Food not good in hotel. Breakfast is inconsistent and has sometimes been out for a long time.
Had a cool pizza one evening that had to go back. Redz next door and Moes Grill at the retail park are quality places though and would recommend them every time. (Avoid the Antrim Park pub - poor service and food).

24hr Asda down the road is useful.

Beds are VERY comfortable and rooms are clean and staff helpful.

This is a Holiday Inn Express so fabulous luxury and manicured grounds are not part of the deal, but as we had a day to kill ahead of a flight home we booked in here and were not sorry. The room was a good size, quietly located, with a large and effective radiator (very important given the wild January weather). The shower was suitably powerful and basic toiletries, hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities provided. However, the great thing is the quality of the staff (Leanne, Diane & co) who made registration a pleasure and who dealt cheerfully with requests to hold baggage, give directions, phone taxi etc. Watching their handling requests from other clients confirmed that this treatment was the norm. Given the very reasonable B&B rate the cooked breakfast included was a real bonus and on a par with many more expensive non-budget hotels. Well worth considering.

2nd time at this hotel, travel to Antrim a couple of times a year and stayed in most of the hotels nearby. This is by far the best, great value for money and staff are a lovely bunch. Very well run hotel.
