Having stayed at many hotels through business I can say that this hotel is at best average.
The rooms are not air conditioned, have no mini bar, and in general the rooms are dirty and not well maintained.
The restaurant is understaffed and the staff that are there tend to amble around and seem more interested in their own personal discussions than waiting on customers. In three days I have yet to recieve hot food cooked to order.
There is no seperate bar area and the one that exists is for "parties only."
So you are left with the terrible service in the restaurant and the great multitude of flies due to the lack of air con.
Menus are only available in Dutch.
Internet access is only guaranteed in the restaurant and reception area.
The reception staff are surly and on the whole very unhelpful.
How this hotel can advertise itself as a leisure and business hotel is beyond me but perhaps I am picky as I have stayed in many top class hotels throughout the world as a business traveller.
At best I would place it as a good two star rather than the four star it claims to be.
