Were visiting Gardaland theme park with two teenage children in late August, so chose this hotel due to its close proximity to park and the free shuttle service which picks up from right outside the door. Shuttle runs every half hour in both directions from about 9.30 am to 11.00 pm (although they have a last shuttle back from the park at 11.15pm), When we arrived late in the day the reserved parking was already full, so the hotel owner gave up his own space in a secure garage. Drove through Peschiera del Garda to look at Sirmione on first day - both beautiful. Stunning breakfast. Staff helpful and polite and spoke good English. Rooms comfortable and large. Compared to other Hotels around the lake this is excellent value for money. Only slight negative was lack of power points in the room to charge mobile phones and other electronic gadgets. That said we would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel.

We went to visit Gardaland, Moviepark and Safari Park.It really was great and the kids love it so much we might go again.I really recommend this to young and to not so young also.

Booked accomodation over the internet and comunication was fast and clear. Stayed with my family over 4 nights. Room was always clean, with all amenities, air conditioned, with mini fridge,tv,etc etc, ample space for hanging clothes etc.
Breakfast was good and with a wide selection.
We were on bed & breakfast basis but we dined twice at the restaurant and food was exquisite each time.
The reception was very welcoming and extremely helpful especially the night auditor.
The hotel is located just across the square of the railway station and we found this particularly convenient when we were off to Verona and Venice and especially when we were back in the evening.

We stayed in the Hotel Garden for 5 nights. We picked this hotel mainly for it's location as we did not want to drive. We got the train directly from Venice to the Hotel which is across the road from train station, there is a bus stop opposite the hotel and it's a 10 min walk to the main town where you can get a boat up as far as Riva which is at the other end of the lake. There is a free bus to Gardaland which we found very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they spoke good english. Breakfast was very good. If I ever go back to Peschiera del Garda, I would definately stay in this hotel. There is no swimming pool, but the lake is only down the road, so I would not let that put you off!
