We really enjoyed the time - unfortunately too short, this time...

Great Service, fantastic Wine ( thank you Mario ) wonderful tuscan Food and a breathtaking view

Tutto lo staff la ringrazia per aver apprezzato i nostri servizi e la invitiamo a tornare il prima possibile per provare di persona le prelibatezze che offre la nostra cucina.
Per quanto riguarda la mancanza di acqua calda, purtroppo lei è capitato nel breve lasso di tempo di un blocco della caldaia, ovviamente imprevedibile e non risolvibile nell'immediato.
Le assicuriamo che il problema è già risolto e che per fortuna capita raramente. Come lei ha giustamente segnalato siamo un albergo appena aperto, ma grazie alle vostre segnalazioni costruttive siamo fiduciosi di migliorare i nostri tempi di risposta davanti agli imprevisti.
