This wonderful hotel provided a super base for our trip to see Andrea Bocelli in concert in his home village Lajatico. I was very impressed with every aspect of our stay and would rate this hotel very highly indeed. The staff were extemely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them to do for us.
The hotel is a lovely building ideally placed for transport to different places of interest to visit in Tuscany. We hired a car for our trip and parked it safely in their underground garage for a modest fee. The railway station is very close for transport to lovely places without the hassle of parking at the destination.
My three friends and I were totally enchanted by this great hotel and will be going back for further forays into lovely Tuscany.

A Family member who lives in Pontedera, told me about this wonderful Hotel. We made arrangements to stay here. We were so doubted by the splendor of the Architecture and Furnishings, very Italian. SO Beautiful! My 8th year old son was mesmerized by the Grand Hall Room. The Front Desk workers were very kind and personal and attentive. The Cleaning Staff were respectful and courtious each morning they Greeted us. The offered a Serve yourself Breakfast with a very helpful attentive worker, she prepared our eggs and cereal as we liked them, with no problem. They had a variety of food for everyone! The Restaurant does not serve Dinner, which was fine with us, being that the Hotel was in the middle of Town. We walked to nearby Italian Bakeries, Caffes, and Gelaterrias. There were Shopping to be done and everything was at our doorstep. My son and I enjoyed our evening walks through this Peaceful and Elegant town, we felt at Home. We took a drive to Pisa which is about a 30 minutes drive on the Autostrada, and to Lucca which is about an 45 min.
We have Enjoyed our time at this Exquisite Place and we will continue to return to it's comfortable hospitality, "como famiglia......Molto Grazia, Rene'-Alberta and Timithy Joly
