Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and am glad I wasnt there for two!
The rooms were basic and though the brochure stated that the hotel had been "recently refurbished" I could not see this at all because it all looked very tired. We did not lay at the hotel pool once during our stay at all because we could not get a sun bed - so we went to the beach and missed lunch every day! Its a good walk to the beach and though easy enough for most travellers if you were not in good health it might be too far (I would say more than the 400m stated in the brochure). Most of the sunbeds poolside were broken and there were not nearly enough for the size of the hotel. No entertainment at all in September and the atmosphere round the poolside bar (the only one open during our stay) was not great.
Cleaning was not of a high standard, either of the room or the communal areas. Some of the all inclusive drinks were absolutely awful - do NOT try the strawberry daquiri - it could strip paint. Food was basic and very limited in choice and I felt catered for other guests from other parts of Europe more than British visitors.
The staff were friendly and helpful but in my view it is not a 3.5 star hotel at all more like 2.
